Calling your significant other “baby” (宝贝 - bǎo bèi) is an almost sickening term of affection - here the artist uses the wordplay of 宝 (treasure) and 包 (like in bread or a bun) and BAE instead of 贝 to illustrate a love so all-encompassing as a steamed bun - soft, sticky, and ready for consumption.
